• PARENTAL STRESS REMAINS PRIVATE. ITS IMPACT DOES NOT.

Many companies support parents until 5 p.m.

The Parent Leader® starts after that.

A compact format for working mothers and fathers who want to lead more clearly, respond more calmly, and create greater stability in family relationships. Not a traditional parenting course. Not a parenting guide. A leadership program for people who carry responsibility for children. We do not explain children. We strengthen parents.

Companies today offer a great deal to support work-life balance.

Flexible working hours. Home office. Part-time models. Parental leave. Wellbeing. Leadership programs. Childcare partnerships. Employee assistance. All important.

And yet one crucial level often remains invisible.

Because work-life balance is not decided in the calendar alone. It is tested in everyday life. Not during the meeting. But afterward. When the laptop closes.

When the day ends, a second leadership task often begins.

Then it is no longer about projects, meetings, or decisions at work. Then it is about tired children. Tired parents. Boundaries. Emotions. Debates. Time pressure. Transitions. Guilt. And the question of how much clarity a person still has when the day is already full.

This burden does not appear in any org chart. But it has an impact. On presence. On energy. On focus. On resilience. On relationships. On the question of how long people can carry responsibility in a healthy way.

Parental burden remains private. Its impact does not.

What is often missing is not love. It is guidance in the decisive moment.

In everyday life, parents are repeatedly faced with situations that push them to their limits. The feeling of constantly having to react.

In the complexity of family life, stress, time pressure, and ingrained patterns often lead to conflict and uncertainty. Good intentions are not enough in those moments. Parents do not need perfect answers. They need structure.

Parenthood is not a private side issue.

Working parents carry responsibility in both their jobs and their families at the same time. Both areas influence each other. Stress in family life has a noticeable effect on energy, presence, and performance.

Modern companies therefore do not only provide organizational support. They also strengthen parents in their everyday lives in a targeted way.

A complement to modern work-life balance offerings.

Childcare helps. Flexibility helps. Parental leave helps. Our programs support parents in better understanding behavior, setting boundaries more clearly, building cooperation, and acting more consciously in family life.

Not with ready-made recipes. But with structure, language, and guidance.

    From parenting to leadership.

The Parent Leader® shifts the focus from parenting as correction to parenting as leadership: away from control and perfection, toward clarity, relationship, and self-leadership. The goal is not to avoid conflict, but to remain capable of action, take responsibility, and restore connection even after difficult moments.

    Daily life becomes easier.

The program architecture enables parents to lead clearly, calmly, and consciously in difficult everyday situations — instead of merely reacting. Through structure, age-appropriate guidance, and a better understanding of behavior, they create fewer conflicts, greater security for their children, and more stability for themselves.

The result: the ability to act in the moments that truly matter — preventively, not reactively.

For organizations that want to offer more.

The Parent Leader® is designed primarily for companies that want to support working parents beyond classic benefits — with practical guidance for family life. Because true work-life balance begins where employees carry responsibility across multiple areas of life at the same time. A lever for energy, clarity, and sustainable performance.

Not a parenting course. Not a parenting guide.

The Parent Leader® – The Core Workshop

The foundation for parents balancing work and everyday life.

The core course creates an age-spanning foundation for parental leadership in daily life. It focuses on four key questions: Why do children behave the way they do? How does cooperation emerge instead of constant negotiation? How do parents set boundaries without power struggles? How do parents stay capable of action when things get difficult?

The workshop translates pedagogical principles into concrete everyday situations. Mornings. Evenings. When a child says no. During conflict. When setting boundaries. In listening. In reconnecting.

    Relevant. Human depth. Conceptual.

    Compact. Clear. Interactive.

The Parent Leader® is deliberately designed both as a focused, manageable in-house format for companies and as an open workshop format.

A core course creates the foundation. Three advanced modules provide targeted exploration of the respective developmental phases: 0 to 6 years, 6 to 12 years, and the teenage years.

Each module lasts one day. Available in German and, optionally, in English. Maximum 12 participants. Dialogue-based and highly practical. Workbook included. Directly transferable to everyday situations.

For mothers and fathers who do not want to simply function in everyday life.

For working parents who carry responsibility and want greater confidence in family life. Parents who ask themselves:

Am I too strict or too lenient?

Why do the same situations keep escalating?

How do I build a healthy relationship with my child over the long term?

How do I set boundaries without constantly ending up in power struggles?

    More clarity for parents.

    More security for children.

    More stability for companies.

The Parent Leader® strengthens parents in their daily orientation, creates greater confidence in action, and reduces recurring conflicts. Children benefit from clear leadership, stable relationships, and a stronger sense of belonging.

For companies, this means more presence, focus, and emotional stability among employees — preventively and as a powerful complement to leadership and work-life balance initiatives.

Children do not store words alone. The Parent Leader® begins where later relationship patterns take shape.

This is more than parenting. It is early leadership work. For relationship. For self-worth. For stability.

For a generation that does not first need to learn later that it is safe, valued, and connected.

    Nada Grossmann

    From real experience. Not theory.

For more than 20 years, I have worked with children, parents, teams, and early childhood professionals in complex everyday situations. I bring over 15 years of leadership experience in childcare and early childhood education. I have built and led care structures for up to 200 children, developed and implemented pedagogical care concepts for children from 3 months to primary school age, managed daycare structures, developed teams, supported parents, and worked with children from highly diverse backgrounds and life realities.

From this experience, one clear conviction has grown: children need kind, clear leadership. They need structure. And above all, they need human closeness.

The Parent Leader® brings these perspectives together: pedagogy. leadership. everyday family life. relationship. structure. self-leadership.

I know parenthood not from concepts, but from lived responsibility — as an educator, as a leader, as a mother, and as an entrepreneur. My goal is not to give parents even more knowledge. My goal is for them to go home with more clarity, more orientation, and a concrete impulse for action.

Because I have seen what children need. And what parents need in order to provide that. And how care systems can support this path more effectively.

That is how The Parent Leader® was born.
